TR Baillie Consulting Surveyors was established by Tim Baillie in October 2002. Tim is an Emerald local who grew up on a cotton farm in the Emerald Irrigation Area.  Tim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Surveying, is a Registered Surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland and has endorsements as a Licensed and Consulting Surveyor. Tim is also a foundation member and certified professional of the Spatial Sciences Institute (SSI).
